Job Description

Riley Manufacturing is seeking to hire an Office Manager, with accounting experience, to fill a one-year maternity leave.  This position is scheduled to start February 25, 2019.  Riley Manufacturing designs, manufactures, supplies and installs hockey rinks boards throughout North America.  In addition to manufactured products, the company distributes a range of products for teams and arenas including ProWall, White Ice and RinkDeck, and a number of other sport products.  Their reputation and longevity, over 40 years in the hockey industry, speaks for itself.  Please visit  https://www.rileysportsequipment.com/  for additional information.

Education RequirementPost Secondary Degree Experience Requirement

The Office Manager brings the following experience and qualities to the position:
• Experience in Accounting and Proficiency in the use of QuickBooks
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and Accounting
• Prior experience working closely with senior level executives
• Ability to effectively interact with customers and co-workers
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to work autonomously on administrative tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively with small teams as well as independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Details

$45,000.00
